WELCOME!

Welcome to Integrity Maintenance Ltd. – Serving Southeast Saskatchewan Since 2007

As we celebrate our 18th year in business in July 2025, INTEGRITY remains a trusted partner in southeast Saskatchewan’s oil and gas industry. Since our founding in 2007 by Mark and Tracy Slykhuis in Carlyle, Saskatchewan, we have grown to a team of over 80 dedicated professionals, serving clients in Estevan, Weyburn, and surrounding areas. Our expertise spans oilfield equipment maintenance, pressure vessels repair & installation, pipeline construction, facility development, lease build, cut and caps, welding, pressure-vessel turnarounds, sour gas and odor control treatment, fugitive gas detection (e.g., Hydrogen Sulfide leaks), excavation, trenching, and screw pile installation.

Our Commitment to Excellence

At INTEGRITY, our mission is to deliver industry-leading, precision-crafted solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and environmental stewardship. We are committed to:

  • Safety First: Ensuring the health and  safety of our employees, clients, the public, and the environment through rigorous safety protocols, comprehensive training, and state-of-the-art tools. Our goal is an accident-free workplace where every team member has the right to refuse unsafe tasks without compromise.
  • Operational Excellence: Leveraging advanced (digital) tools, predictive maintenance systems, and sustainable practices to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
  • Community and Environment: Upholding ethical practices, reducing our ecological footprint, and fostering goodwill in southeast Saskatchewan’s communities.

Our team—from management to field operators—is accountable for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace. Employees and visitors are required to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, participate in safety briefings, and report unsafe conditions promptly. We continuously refine our policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, fostering open communication with our team and clients.

INTEGRITY’s Umbrella Code of Conduct – 2025

Founded on trust, integrity, and ethical excellence, INTEGRITY Oilfield Services operates with a commitment to the highest standards in all business dealings. Our Umbrella Code of Conduct applies to employees, vendors, contractors, and clients, ensuring alignment with our values and industry best practices. Key principles include:

  • Human Rights: We uphold human rights at all levels, preventing any violations in our operations or supply chain.
  • Labor Standards: We eliminate forced and child labor, promote non-discrimination, and ensure a safe, fair workplace in compliance with Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and the International Labour Organization’s      Fundamental Principles.
  • Environmental Responsibility: We embrace sustainability by adopting green technologies, minimizing waste, and supporting global initiatives like the U.N. Global Compact.
  • Anti-Corruption: We maintain transparency and reject all forms of corruption, including bribery and extortion.
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: We foster an inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, driving innovation and collective success.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: We prioritize a harassment-free, safe environment, promoting job satisfaction and well-being for all stakeholders.
  • Conflict of Interest: We address conflicts promptly, ensuring ethical conduct in all business interactions.

While INTEGRITY is not required to report under Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act due to our size, we voluntarily maintain detailed internal records to ensure ethical sourcing and labor practices. Our commitment to transparency extends to accurate financial reporting and compliance with local, provincial, and national regulations.

Our Vision: Goal Zero

Through our Goal Zero: Spreading Awareness initiative, we are dedicated to advancing the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting ethical practices, environmental responsibility, and community engagement in southeast Saskatchewan. We strive to create value for all stakeholders—clients, employees, suppliers, and communities—while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
